Holiday Hours: Due to the high volume in tickets, please allow at a lead time of 2 days for a response. 

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Customer support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. There has been an increase in tickets, so thank you for your patience in our response time.
